Description of Property:
Open at 10:30 am for registration. Auction starts at 11:00 am. There will be a brief viewing of each storage unit prior to auctioning each unit. We will be holding a seven unit storage auction on Saturday, November 4th. All units are about 10' by 30' (some are larger.) These are filled with industrial equipment. We will required a $200.00 Cash Deposit, totally refundable when you have cleaned out your storage unit. We also require a valid Driver's license or other photo ID when registering to bid. There will be no minimum bids and all units will be sold.

Auction Item Removal:
All items from the storage unit bought at auction must be completely emptied and left clean. $200 CASH deposit is required when registering and will be refunded when your storage unit is empty and passes inspection.
