Refundable $300 deposit due at time of registration. Deposit will be refunded to winning bidder once the
storage unit is completely cleared. Deposit cannot be used to pay for winning bid.
Three days (including day of auction) to completely clear the unit.
All bidders will be required to sign an agreement that the winning bidder will hand over to the management
any firearms discovered in the unit.
